This Cookie Policy explains how Visioneers LLC ("Visioneers," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the ScriptCut application and website (the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

We organize our cookies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you provide your consent.
In the ScriptCut app, Google's analytics tag is present from the first page, but it is held in Google Consent Mode: it sets no analytics cookie and sends no visitor identifier until you accept. The tag is not present at all on client review links and folder links, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (see section 6).
These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They do not require your consent.

You can change your choice at any time by deleting the sc_consent cookie and the site data for scriptcut.io in your browser settings. The banner then returns and you can choose again. You can also email us at hello@scriptcut.io and we will help.
In addition to our consent banner, you can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, if you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Service may not function properly.

In the ScriptCut app (app.scriptcut.io) we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a Decline of analytics and marketing cookies: the analytics tag is not loaded, no banner is shown, and nothing is saved, so your choice comes back the day you switch the signal off. On our marketing website, use the banner choices described above.
Some cookies on our website are placed by third parties (Google, Meta, HubSpot) as described in the tables above.
